With the current emphasis on environmental sustainability in response to the rampant degradation laying waste to the earth, we firmly believe that this conference is both timely and proactive in foregrounding the legal aspects of the sustainability movement. Hence, it is with great pleasure that we announce the inaugural International Conference on Law, Environment and Society (ICLES2018) with the theme “Nature and the Law”. The conference provides a unique opportunity for academics, students and practitioners to interact and share knowledge related to how the law can positively impact on the move to save our precious planet.

This poster conference will take place on 13-15 March 2018 at the Faculty of Law, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi, Selangor. This poster platform offers the flexibility and convenience valued by busy academics to share their work with a global audience. The posters will be exhibited at the Faculty during the conference dates and will be available at the University Poster Venue to registered participants to view.
